Job description

We are looking for an HVAC Technician to join our team! If you have what it takes to be the best of the best, then we want you to come join our team. We cover a large service area in and around San Joaquin County.

You will install, diagnose, and repair heating and cooling systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions by providing an extraordinary customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Install heating and air conditioning systems (new systems and replacements)
• Inspect, diagnose, and perform repairs on heating and air conditioning systems
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Impeccable customer service
• Keep company truck clean, inside & out
• Keep truck inventory up to date
• Properly complete paperwork
• Maintain a clean & professional appearance
• Maintain communication with dispatch, manager and parts installation teams
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional
• Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license (Required)
• Clean driving record (Required)
• Pass criminal background check (Required)
• Ability to pass a drug test (Required)
• 1-2 years experience in HVAC (Preferred)
• EPA Type II (Preferred)
