Duties and Responsibilities

• Executes HR policies and procedures by reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Consult with managers and supervisors in providing HR guidance and policy interpretation.
• Staying up to date with industry training and development best practices.
• Responsible for recruitment process by coordinating employment verifications, employment offers and onboarding/orientation of new hires.
• Process and manage unemployment claim and offboarding activities.
• Act as initial point of contact to assist with all internal and external HR-related matters
• Responsible for payroll processing including and not limited to deductions and garnishments.
• Prepares payroll reports for management and auditing purposes
• Assist with other projects as required

Requirements:

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Must know ADP-At least 2-3 years of ADP Workforce, hands on experience
• Must be detail-oriented
• Prior experience as an HR Specialist (or similar) role.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of employees and management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
