Vocality Community CU is looking for a flexible and resourceful individual to support our highly valued team of employees. This position will be open on April 10, 2023. Some remote work is possible, but periodic on site work in Garberville and Ukiah is required.

Our Human Resource Director is responsible for effective performance of a wide variety of HR functions, including recruiting, hiring, termination, benefits, employee relations, leaves of absence, payroll, policies, and regulatory compliance. Ensures activities are conducted in accordance with regulations and established company policies. Complete job description available upon request.

Required:

· Degree/Certification or 5+ years of progressive HR experience.

· Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.

· Understanding of compensation and benefits programs, payroll functions, and employee relations.

· Use of personal vehicle for periodic travel to established business locations; clean driving record and current vehicle insurance.

Highly preferred:

· Experience with ADP Run Payroll System

· HR and/or Payroll Certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
