Human Resources Administrator to join our Boston team supporting the Logan Airport. Key Responsibilities: Assist with all internal HR Related inquiries or requests and administer and enforce HR policy and procedures and corporate policies and procedures.

- Manage and maintain time clock system for the unit.
- Track sick, holiday and vacation days.
- Assist with managing the payroll process including creating and maintaining payroll reports as required and requested.
- Recruit and prescreen job applicants.
- Complete background check and employment verification for job candidates.
- Administer employee orientations.
- Assist with the maintenance of employee benefits package, health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and 401(k).
- Assist with the administration of new hire procedures; complete all necessary employment paperwork, issue locker, issue timecard, issue employee badges, issue uniform, process E-Verify.
- Assist with the resolution of employee insurance problems.
- Assist with the maintenance of employee files.
- Assist with the administration of random drug screening.
- Assist with providing weekly/monthly unit KPI reporting.
- Work closely with Director of Health & Safety and provide safety support initiatives for the unit.
- Perform additional human resource activities and assignments as directed by the HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
The salary for this position is [$$] hourly with weekly pay, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Labor Relations or any related field preferred; Associate’s degree with 3+ years’ experience or High School Diploma with 5+ years’ experience.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to use other Windows based programs.
- Fluent in English (Read, Write, Speak). Spanish is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, prioritize, and have strong organizational skills is required.
