Deliver high quality, impactful new hire orientation, leadership, and compliance training to Seasonal Associates.
You'll also...
Facilitates and delivers orientation, divisional, leadership, and corporate standard training, both virtually and in-person. Uses a variety of training techniques to ensure comprehension of course materials.- Tracks completion of required and optional training and inputs details into appropriate database or system to ensure Associates have obtained the necessary qualifications for their role and that accurate information is available to departments to manage the business.
- Develops and posts communications related to offerings throughout the season.
- Works closely with training specialist to develop training, and analyze results.
