Role & Responsibilities:

This is a full-time human resources position and a valuable member of a three-person HR team. The ideal candidate for this role will provide administrative and HR clerical support to the HR Director and HR Manager in addition to supporting the hospital with a variety of people capital initiatives. Depending on the final candidate's career goals, additional learning opportunities and training in advanced HR specialties is available. This is a great role for a hard worker who is detail-oriented, has great follow-through, an approachable demeanor, and wants to get the experience they need to advance in HR! There are potential career advancement opportunities available for this role and we are looking for someone who is adaptable to evolving priorities.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related area or combination of suitable education/experience.

Experience: 1-2 years of prior HR experience or high-level administrative support required. Healthcare experience highly preferred but not required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency with Word, Excel, and other Microsoft applications required.
