Compensation:
- Hourly Pay Range: $18.26 - $21.08 per hour + a 10% Security Differential
Note: Salary can vary depending upon education, experience, or qualifications.

Position Summary & Responsibilities:
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Human Resources Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, maintaining, collecting, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics to support the agency’s strategic HR initiatives. You will be expected to create and maintain HR reports, records and tools. You will also develop and maintain HR metrics and KPIs, identify opportunities for process improvement, and stay current on HR trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an analyst or human resources related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data entry, collection, analysis, and reporting
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with O365 tools
- An appreciation for continuous process improvement
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in HR reporting tools, such as HRIS systems
- PeopleSoft or Sharp experience
Post-Offer, Pre-employment Requirements
As a condition of employment, you will be subject to a pre-employment process to include a polygraph examination, fingerprint based records check, and comprehensive background investigation, including reference check of past and present employers. The pre-employment process will be waived for current KBI personnel who have previously completed the screening requirements
