Job description

Oversee and manage operations with regards to clients and team members.

Work with and communicate with clients to to provide scheduling staff to provide quality service.

Coordinates, monitors, and supervises the activities of the team ensuring individual team members goals. Interprets and communicates overall organization and applies them to the team.

Acting as liaison, represents the team with clients. May provide input to management regarding individual team member performance.

Monday - Friday Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage team members , communicating with clients and team members
• Ensure good customer service and leadership with team members.
• Provides guidance and resolution to ensure control, satisfaction and retention
• Delegates associates daily task/activities
• Conducts orientation and training for new hires
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, selection and hiring new team members and office staff
• Supervises and performs weekly payroll submission
• Investigates workplace safety incidents to ensure safety in the branch and within operations

Experience Requirements

• 2 years experience in supervision required in service
• Previous management experience with a staff of (7) or more preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Practical knowledge of cleaning industry and experience in developing others
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of leadership and with front line associates
• Excellent time management skills
• Negotiation skills
• Ability to meet new people and interact in unfamiliar situations
• Excellent leadership skills in team building, selecting talent, training, mentoring and developing a sales team, executing goals
