We are seeking professional housekeepers and laundry attendants. Come join our team at the Surf Hotel & Chateau, a new one-of-a-kind property located in beautiful South Main, Buena Vista. Housekeeper Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing.
Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies.
Notify supervisor of any damaged items.
Deal with complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
Monitor stock levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate.
Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.

Laundry Attendant Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of laundry activities such as separating laundry, load washing machine and dryer, folding, stacking linens and towels.
Ensure all linens and towels are cared for and inspected according to our standards.
Maintain minimal machine maintenance.
Notify supervisor of any linen damage or defects.
Check stock levels of linens and towels.
Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.

Requirements
MUST HAVE HOUSING AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
Must be available to work weekends.
Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Ability to work with little supervision at times and maintain a high level of performance.
Customer-oriented and friendly.
Prioritization and time management skills.
Working quickly without compromising quality.
Knowledge of English language.

Starting compensation of $16-18/hour - Pay based on experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Hours per week:
20 to 40 depending on skill level and availability.
