Housekeeper/House Manager

Private family located near Las Olas Boulevard Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a full time live-out Housekeeper/House Manager to care for their private home. Current home is 6600 sq ft until the move to new home of 8,000-10,000 sq ft.

Ideal candidate is respectful, personable, punctual, proactive, detail oriented, works efficiently, highly professional, honors confidentiality and has previous experience working with ultra-high net worth families. Seeking someone that is able to work closely with the family and looking for a long term placement with a great family! This candidate will coordinate with and report directly to the principal’s Executive Personal Assistant.

Responsibilities include but not limited to housekeeping duties, general laundry/fine linens, maintaining product inventory for the household, vendor management, light cooking when needed for events, serving small plates/platters/beverages to guests, maintenance and upkeep, cleanliness, event and vendor management, coordinating pool, blind and landscaping maintenance and scheduling. Coordinating with private Chef and catering on site. Catering to guests in the home, being assertive, making them feel welcome. Organizing and setting up pool area with towels.

Candidate must be comfortable working in a home with children and pets and willing to perform light dog care. Candidate must have previous experience working with a UHNW family, able to provide references. Salary DOE, schedule is flexible with 30+ hours per week, available holidays, nights and weekends. Paid overtime, 2 days off per week most likely Sunday/Wednesday based upon operational need. 2 weeks paid time off & full health insurance.

• Housekeeping management: 3 years (Preferred)
• Private family housekeeping: 2 years (Preferred)
