We offer competitive pay plus a monthly renewal bonus ($125 per renewal split by all employees at the property) plus a quarterly KPI bonus. Company also pays an annual Christmas Bonus.

The primary responsibilities of the Cleaner involve the upkeep of each apartment (furnished or unfurnished) and common areas in order to enhance and maintain the property’s appeal. This position also requires knowledge or experience in handling various maintenance issues and assisting with general maintenance items including emergency or on-call situations. The Cleaner will also assist the rest of the staff, as directed, in the efforts to manage the property in an efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Cleans the leasing office, business offices, clubhouse (or meeting room), and restrooms on a daily basis.
• Cleans and maintains models on a daily basis.
• Cleans all vacant apartments as directed by the Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager
• Keeps all vacancies fresh and odorless.
• Cleans and maintains laundry facilities daily.
• Performs additional duties requested by the Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager
• Informs management of all supply needs.
