Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough and meticulous cleaning of residential properties.
• Utilize advanced technology tools and systems to efficiently manage and track cleaning assignments.
• Maintain prompt and responsive communication via email and text, ensuring client inquiries, scheduling changes, and other job-related updates are addressed in a timely manner. Being highly responsive to emails and text messages is essential for success in this position.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, reliability, and trustworthiness to exceed client expectations.
• Stay updated on the latest cleaning techniques and best practices to deliver top-notch service.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional home and office cleaning experience
• Must Have or be willing to get Business Liability Insurance
• Proven track record of previous cleaning roles, supported by outstanding references from both professional and personal contacts.
• Tech-savviness with the ability to adapt to and effectively use various software and communication tools.
• Must Speak English (conversational okay). Emphasis is on prompt responsiveness to emails and text messages.
• Self-motivated, dedicated, and able to work independently to consistently deliver exceptional results.
• Reliable transportation and access to necessary cleaning supplies.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and test clean as part of our competitive hiring process.
