We are seeking a dedicated and professional House Cleaner to join our dynamic team in Indianapolis. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the interior of residential homes to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular and thorough cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces.

Clean all rooms, hallways, bathrooms, kitchen, and other living spaces, including appliances, countertops, sinks, mirrors, tubs, toilets, and showers.

Launder as as per client requirements.

Empty and clean trash containers and dispose of trash in a sanitary manner.

Arrange and straighten contents neatly.

Notify homeowners of any damages or deficits observed in their homes.

Adhere to the company's safety and sanitation policies.

Provide excellent customer service and address clients' queries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper.

Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance.

Customer-oriented and friendly.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.

Excellent time-management skills, ability to multitask, and prioritize work.

Flexibility to adjust to the changing needs of our clients.

Must be able to physically handle the demands of the job, including lifting heavy items, bending, kneeling, and being on your feet for extended periods.
