An Atlanta based Hotel Management company is looking for a candidate who wants to take their hotel career to the next level. If you are that person who is well capable, but who keeps getting passed up for promotion, then we want you! If you are hardworking, dedicated, willing to put in the long hours, and feel that you can run a limited-service hotel, then we are willing to teach you how to become a leader and successfully manage a hotel. We are looking for candidates with stability that have stayed at various jobs for 2+ years but want to grow their career with us.

The General Manager of the hotel is held responsible for the following items (but not limited to)

• Starting work by 7:30am Monday to Saturday
• Willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done
• Keep the hotel clean and organized
• Daily hotel inspections with attention to detail
• Daily inspections of 10 rooms with detailed notes
• Must be compliant of brand standards and company standards and procedures
• Ensure the safety and well being of all hotel guests, associates and vendors
• Knowledge of life safety systems including locations of pull stations, extinguishers and building layout
• Must maintain physical asset to the highest level with compliance to the budget guidelines
• Must maintain a safe working environment through ongoing compliance of safety guidelines
• Treat guests, associates, vendors and co-workers with professionalism and respect at all times
• Ensure emergency procedures are understood by all through ongoing training and documentation
• Must be able to coach and counsel and provide clear and concise direction
• Not complain about issues that are encountered with running a hotel. Excuses of no staffing or poor product or poor area will not be tolerated

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

• Atlanta, GA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Hotel management: 3 years (Preferred)
• Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)
