A Day In The Life
Every day is a new, exciting adventure as part of the Via 313 front-of-house team. The Guest Services Host/Hostess is responsible for providing excellent customer service. Ensure guests are welcomed and served in a manner that makes their experience memorable and consistent with Via 313's mission and values. Seek opportunities to enhance the guest experience by performing usher duties and sharing information about Via 313.
What you'll be doing
- Warmly greeting guests and responding to guests' needs.
- Monitoring guest communications via phone.
