Job description
Pinnacle Home Care is seeking qualified Registered Nurses to work full-time, part-time or per diem. This is a case manager position where the RN oversees a team of LPN's and works within a multi-disciplinary team including PT, OT, ST and CNA's.
This position offers excellent compensation/benefits and flexible scheduling opportunities.
