Job description
Harbors Home Health & Hospice is looking for a new full time team member for our Hoquiam office. The Health Information Management/ Intake Support Specialist is responsible for performing a wide variety of reception, medical records and intake duties. Receives and screens telephone calls, data entry/referral input, electronic indexing, and general office duties. Supports the intake with miscellaneous functions as assigned. Projects the Agency’s professional image while maintaining effective business relations with patients, vendors and trade professionals.

This position is union represented position that provides full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, pension plan, paid vacation accrual, paid sick accrual, and paid holidays!
currently the typical schedule is Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
