Job description
Looking for a self-motivated individual to assist our Caretaker in performing tasks and taking care of property for a multi-family-owned community. Successful candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work unattended, follow instructions and complete tasks assigned.
Must have the following: · Valid Driver License · Dependable transportation · Experience operating landscaping equipment, including chain saw · Able to drive a lawn mower and tractor · Lift 50 lbs.
