Our ice cream/coffee business is in Wellesley, MA. We take pride in being professional, fast-paced, and fun.

Our new general manager should possess intelligence, integrity, and compassion.
Because of the success of our 33 year old business many opportunities lie ahead.

First our new retail shop needs proper operating procedures and strategies, secondly, our old space next-door needs to be re-tuned for production and retail catering.

This is an unusual opportunity for somebody who appreciates a family owned business on the rise. Only one member of the family currently works at Truly’s and is willing to step aside to be further mentored by the chosen candidate.

Along with strong administrative skills… there should be a willingness to drop everything and help staff by organizing the flow of service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
