FULL TIME MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT
JOB DESCRIPTION
Starting pay for Full Time Maintenance workers is based on experience. Range is $20.00 – $30.00 an hour. Shift hours: 12pm- 9pm.
General Description: Maintenance Workers are responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining equipment throughout the facility, along with troubleshooting and replacing machinery, maintaining electrical and electronic systems, and maintaining accurate records of work completed.
Required Physical Activities: Work is moderately strenuous. Must have good range of motion and flexibility. Healthy wrists and hands are critical to do most jobs. Hearing and eyesight must be acceptable for safety purposes.
Environmental Conditions: Must be able to work in an environment of 50 degrees or less. (General room temperature is 45 degrees).
Personal Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required.
