We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist, who will manage our front desk daily and client satisfaction. As our receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our brand. You'll be involved in a high-energy, faced pace environment. Our receptionist is a high energy, fun, energetic, driven individual, who is looking to grow with our brand.
Your duties will include but are not limited to, offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome & greet guests and greet people, coordinate front-desk activities, and ensure all guests receive the highest level of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Salary will START at $13 hour PLUS commission AND extra bonuses.
- Flexible schedule INCLUDING mornings, nights, and weekends.
- Customer Service/Sales experience PREFERRED but not required.
- Computer Savvy & Phone etiquette required.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-tasking & organize work, use positive language and communicate clearly
- Willingness to grow with a new company.
- Reliable, dependable, and has the ability to work independently.
- Scheduling and understanding the different services offered.
- Answering phone calls & addressing questions and concerns.
- Sell memberships by helping clients understand the benefits of regular men’s grooming and apparel.
- Bilingual is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
