Job description
We are currently seeking Front Desk Associates who are able to provide our guests with genuine hospitality and service that exceeds their expectations.
The successful candidate will have good communication skills, a commitment to guest service and the ability to work well with a team. Must be flexible and have the ability to work any shift including nights, weekends and/or holidays.
Responsibilities include: Making guest reservations in person and on the phone, checking guests in and out, cash and credit card handling and the ability to provide all aspects of guest service. Hotel experience is preferred but is not required.
