Job description
We are looking for a pleasant and friendly Front Desk Associate to join our team! As the front-line-employee, your role will be extremely important for improving customer experience and satisfaction. Your goal should always be to make our guests feel comfortable and satisfied while staying at our hotel.
Duties include:
- Greeting, communicating with and welcoming guests
- Answer all our guests' questions and address their complaints
- Checking guests in and out of the reservation system
- Answer all incoming calls, redirect them when needed
- Making, placing and modifying reservations
- Receive letters, packages and send them to appropriate destination
- Prepare and manage outgoing mail
- Check, sort, forward and answering emails
- Monitor office supplies
- Make supply orders when needed
- Updating guest records and files
- Keeping the front desk and lobby clean, tidy and supplied with all the necessary supplies
- communicating with other hotel departments to ensure our guests satisfaction

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
