Sales Leader/Front Desk Associate
ISI� Elite Training is looking for a highly motivated, creative, friendly and hard-working, part time Sales Leader/Front Desk Associate to join our team!!

The Sales Leader will work alongside the Facility Manager during our presales process. Areas of responsibility include:
Lead generation, communication and follow up
Establishing joint ventures within the Cornelius Community
Organizing and executing marketing events
Setting up and carrying out sales appointments with potential members
Work will vary between home, presale office and out in the Cornelius community. Must be able and flexible to do all three.
Once our facility is open, the role will then transition into a Front Desk Associate. The Front Desk Associate role plays a very integral role at ISI� Elite Training. They are the first person our members see when they walk in the door and must provide our members with an exceptional first impression. There is a strong focus on member retention and fostering the growth of community within the facility.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Starts and ends each day with energy and passion!
Works collaboratively with Coaches, Facility Manager and other members of the Sales team to lead and drive the facility's overall effectiveness, culture and growth.
Assist in social media photo/video coverage during session times
Provide general retail maintenance to keep retail center stocked and clean
Involvement in weekly team meetings
Represents ISI� Elite Training brand standards
Maintains a safe, fun, and clean facility while working. Performs daily and as needed cleaning of facility and bathrooms.
Properly executes the ISI sales experience
Makes sure the facility has an ELITE and consistent member experience
Promotes and participates in events: to include marketing events, member events and joint ventures.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc)
Must be resourceful and able to execute a plan of action
Must be a health-minded professional
Customer Service Experience Preferred
Must be interested in further development of your professional skills sets- sales, marketing, lead generation, social media, building and retaining members
Able to perform, problem-solve and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Must practice positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
Must be willing to step out of your comfort zone
Must have the flexibility to work early mornings, days, nights and weekends, as needed
Able to commit to participating in 2 ISI� workouts per week and attend all relevant ISI� meetings and training programs
