Hotel Front Desk
This listing is for the Novato location only. Afternoon shifts 7am-3pm. Days may vary. We are looking for someone who works well on their own, is able to multitask, and has the proper attitude. A front desk clerk is the face of our company; most of our guests will interact with our company through you. We are looking for someone who is bright and able to convey hospitality. This position requires many hours standing on your feet. No experience is necessary; training will be provided. Customer service experience is a plus. Per the State of California employees must be vaccinated, willing to get vaccinated, or provide medical exemption waiver. Please include resume - we will contact you for an interview. Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Make, confirm, or cancel reservations via telephone or in-person.
• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when guests report problems.
• Keep track of room availability and guest accounts
• Post charges, such as those for rooms or telephone calls, to ledgers by using computer system.
• Record guest comments or complaints, referring customers to managers as necessary.
• Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services and travel directions, or make recommendations regarding shopping, dining, or entertainment.

7AM-3PM
