$5000.00 Sign on bonus for Ford Certified Master Technician (STARS ID Number Required) to be paid out after 90 days.

Pay starting at $30.00 per flat rate hour.

Responsibilities/Requirements

Here are some of the core responsibilities that you will be taking care of as an automotive technician working with Durango Motor Company. These will be your day-to-day tasks and they can vary depending on your position and the teams you’ll be working with.

• Performing repairs in accordance with our dealership standards.
• Quality testing vehicle components.
• Examining and repairing various vehicle automotive systems.
• Communicating with advisors and guests on repair services.
• Providing accurate estimations for repairs.
• Completing warranty repairs based on the manufacturer’s specifications.
• 5 plus years of automotive technician experience
• Ford certified
• Willing to submit to a background check
• Ability to remain in stationary positions (standing/sitting) for extended periods of time, 6 plus hours.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs comfortably
• Ability to bend, squat, kneel, or stoop as needed
