Sales Associate Position:
You will use your outgoing, persuasive, driven personality to generate new leads and sales, and improve the lives of people every day through your work. This position requires a highly self motivated individual who can work with little or no supervision to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities / Tasks:
- Use ingenuity and outgoing personality to generate new leads
- Persistently follow up with existing sales leads in creative ways to book appointments & close sales
- Use the sales “playbook” and your ability to connect with people to win sales & earn commissions
- Conduct empathetic discovery calls, book appointments, conduct studio tours, and sign up new members
- Maintain up to date daily records in CRM tool to ensure accurate & timely lead follow up
- Collaborate with studio manager & owner to create creative promotions and sales campaigns
- Win new clients trust and ask for referrals
- Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new members and transition them to the operations team
Compensation:
This is a base plus commission role where you control your income potential and there is no ceiling!
- $48K - $60K++ per year (base, commission & bonus)
- Eligible for 401K with 2% match after one year of employment
- 3 weeks Paid Time Off
Schedule:
You will have complete flexibility to determine your weekly schedule and are in control of your time and hours.You will need to meet with prospects early mornings and evenings and occasional weekends to sign up new members. Other administrative work can be done remotely if you choose.
Qualifications
- Highschool diploma required
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation required
- 1 year sales experience preferred
- 1 year customer service experience preferred
- Must be passionate about fitness and live an active, fit lifestyle personally

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
