Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Attention to detail, self-starter, strongly motivated and shows initiative to learn on own.
- Ability to comprehend and articulate complex ideas with a clear understanding of the customer business value.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Extensive PC skills including Microsoft Office software such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio and Power Point
- Strong interpersonal skills with prior assignments that required frequent interactions with customer at various organizational levels
- Strong analytical skills to provide cost estimates, ROI and program performance
- Candidates who are Non-Immigrant Aliens (not a U.S. Citizen) or an Immigrant Alien (U.S. Permanent Resident-Green Card Holder) must have resided in the U.S. for a minimum of three (3) years in the last five (5) years.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with FAA's program management, strategic planning, and budget formulation process
- Experience with FAA financial management tools including PRISM, Regis, and Delphi
- Ability to apply statistical analysis techniques and tools where needed
- Strong abilities in critical thinking, technical writing, and delivering oral presentations
