Financial Analyst - Palm Beach Gardens, FL (on-site)

Financial Analyst Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of FP&A experience (preferably mid-size corporate in a service environment)
- Kronos experience is a plus
- Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI
- Develop, implement, and maintain Tableau Extensions
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented and a self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Experience working with scheduling reports
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (preferably knowledge of macros and VBA), and manipulating large amounts of data
- Knowledge of Netsuite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Must be willing to participate in the company’s pre-employment screening process and continuously meet any applicable State, County, and Municipal requirements

Financial Analyst Responsibilities:
- Develop weekly and monthly reports and analyze results, communicating issues to management
- Meet with regional managers to document variances, identify process improvements and monitor improvements
- Work with finance team, regional managers and operational managers on annual budgets and forecasts, and provide monthly variance analysis
- Support finance department with reports, analytics, and budgeting
- Assist in Ad Hoc projects
