Scott Powersports is a multi-line powersports dealership in Coopersburg, PA. We are seeking a top tier talent to serve as a Retail Finance / F&I representative. This is a full-time position (we will consider part-time applicants with Saturday availability) with great earnings potential for the right talent. If you are bright, articulate, a people person, a committed teammate, customer focused, comfortable with sales and good with numbers, this could be for you. Adding a career-level teammate to our family is a big deal to us and we take it very seriously. The successful candidate may go through multiple interviews. The position does requires working many Saturdays.

Job Responsibilities: [In Short]

• Work with our lender partners to arrange the financing of customer purchases; present them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience
• Accurately create deals, submit deals to lenders for approval and effectively close deals in compliance with our policies and legal guidelines
• Ensure customer satisfaction by being friendly, accommodating and helpful.
• Be a great teammate by focusing on serving those around you, both coworkers and customers

Job Requirements:

• Dealership experience as a Finance & Insurance (F&I) representative (even automotive) is great but we can train a talented, committed candidate.
• Experience with/passion for the powersports industry is very helpful
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer skills and internet proficiency
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Must possess and demonstrate personal & professional integrity and a strong sense of personal responsibility
• Experience with contracts and/or vehicle titling is very helpful
• The ability to communicate and establish rapport with a very diverse customer base
• Retail/sales/automotive experience is also very helpful
• Dealertrack/TriVin experience a plus
• CDK Lightspeed experience a plus
• Title clerk experience a plus
