They have consistently grown over the past few years and are looking for an ambitious Field Superintendent to further their development and manage the supervision of essential construction sites.

Within this role, you will effectively supervise a range of construction projects to meet the necessary safety, planning, coordination, quality, scheduling, and accuracy requirements, from preconstruction through to final inspections. Through excellent specialist training, you will be given support to progress and develop your skills within a company that invests in the future of its staff.

This exciting opportunity would best suit someone with Field Superintendent experience in a commercial construction setting, looking to work on a range of commercial projects in the private sector.

The Position:

• Travel to and effectively supervise a range of construction projects across the Northeast (home every weekend)
• Oversee planning, scheduling, safety, quality, and coordination of a variety of construction projects
• Opportunity to progress your career into more senior roles such as Project Manager
• $80,000 - $130,000 + Bonuses + Auto Allowance + Per Diem Pay + Good PTO Structure (17 days) + 401(k) + Health insurance, vision, dental

The Person

• Experience in relevant Commercial Construction projects
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• OSHA 10 Certification Required
