Key job responsibilities:

• Communicates with overseas customers and or agents to answer inquiries and or provide updates.
• Manage and process Air Export services domestically and internationally Door to Door, including inland transportation and related 3PL services, perform export customs clearance, supervise the order of the shipping documentation, direct communication with the customers and shipping parties, control the workflow and follow up the corporate Standard Operational Procedures.
• Assists teams in resolving carrier, transportation and shipment issues.
• Trains, coaches, and supervises team members
• Exceptional knowledge of Air Freight Industry, TSA regulations & IAC operations
• Act as TSA Security Coordinator
• Perform other duties/responsibilities as assigned

Qualification:

• ​Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of employees and management
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• 5-8 years of related experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
