HSVS is seeking enthusiastic and responsible candidates to join the Youth Development and Community Programs Team. The Evening/Weekend Coordinator is a part-time position responsible for supporting the Program Director by supervising evening and weekend programming. This position requires reliability, a positive attitude, and experience working with youth.

Assist the Assist Director and Director will assigned phases of the Oeration

Must have a good Knowledge of Office Suite - Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.

Maintain proper logs, secure all attedance sheets and ensure program materials are secured at the end off the shift.

Complete required OCFS trainings, HSVS Trainings and any other trainings from DYCD

Ability to speak to parents, commuity leaders and provide appropriate information and in the event take detailed information and submit to Program Director to follow up

Preparing facility and site rooms for activities, room set up and any other related needs. Upon completion restore space to original condition

Must attain both S-95 and F07 certfications from DFNY

1. High School Diploma

2. Knwledge of computer skills a necessity

3. At least 2 years of supervisory skills

4. Assist in maintaining inventory of all office supplies, maintenane supplies and equipment

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
