Job description

The Estimating Project Coordinator must provide the knowledge, skills, and experience required to assist the Estimating Department. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for producing and gathering project-related information. The Coordinator will track, file, and distribute this information to all related parties. This position will be accountable for maintaining all project bidding information up‐to‐date, consistent, and organized in an orderly fashion for all others in the project team. The Coordinator will be responsible for establishing a professional work environment that includes: fostering a positive atmosphere, promoting proactive and effective communication, facilitating problem-solving, and minimizing and resolving conflicts. This position is Monday – Friday, 7am-4pm with an hour lunch. This is an in-person position no remote work will be authorized.

Clerical:

* Downloading and organizing project files

* Creating project books with all required documents

* Will need to be professional on the phone and email.

* Will be required to keep internal Excel documents updated on a daily basis.

Computer Skills:

* Will need to understand all Microsoft programs: Excel, Word and Email

* Will need to know the standard computer skills

* Will need to be able to research the internet for project lead information.

Other requirements:

*Will need to learn and understand all internal systems and programs.

Ex: Fieldwire, Building Connected

*Must be organized and hard working

*Experience in the construction industry is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
