The Winfield-Mt. Union CSD is seeking a passionate and committed elementary teacher for the 2023-2024 school year. Winfield, IA is located 45 minutes from Burlingtion and Iowa City and about 15 minutes north of Mt. Pleasant. The Winfield-Mt.Union school is known for being a 1:1 district, PLCs, as well as housing all PK-12 students in one building creating unique collaborative opportunities.Classroom teacher will develop lessons that include direct instruction, guided practice, collaborative learning, and independent practice through a formative assessment environemnt. Teacher will be flexible, highly motivated, positive, and enthusiatic about working with children.
