Blueprint Workforce will be recruiting for our General Contractor partner, located in Palm City, Florida as a permanet emloyee. We are looking for an experienced, professional and self motivated individual that will be able to broadcast their Electrical background.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret job plans and specifications to develop complete and accurate takeoff and prepare bids (Large Commercial and Industrial projects with electrical scope up to $10,000,000)

• Write detailed proposals for bid submission

• Clarify Bid Documents and prepare RFIs

• Provide post bid follow up on projects to negotiate scope and pricing with clients, provide value engineering and/or scope modifications for projects

• Work with Vendors to insure multiple bids in each area of requested material

• Interact with Construction Team throughout the project as needed

• Effectively create, manage and track change orders

• Keep well organized Bid Documents at all times

• Work on multiple Projects concurrently

Qualifications:

• Min 3-5yrs experience with Electrical Estimating

• Proficient reading Plans & Specs

• Strong computer skills including Excel, Word & ConEst Estimating Software

• Ability to Multitask and meet Deadlines & work with limited Supervision

• Excellent Communication Skills with all Levels of Internal and External Customers
