Pay Rates Starting between: $10.00 - $13.55 / hour

Must put CUSTOMER SERVICE as their 1st PRIORITY

Will serve our guests Hot and Fresh Food in a Clean and Safe environment in a Friendly and Fast manner
Are required to follow the site-specific / brand-specific procedures for offering consistent and quality customer experiences

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience & Skills:
Previous Baking experience is preferred
Responsible for making a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries and other baked products
Able to follow and complete a daily par sheet, produce quality baked goods following strict Dunkin Donuts guidelines
Required to take direction and adjust to changing par levels
Must possess basic reading, and math skills
Must be self-motivated and able to work within a specific schedule
Must be able to multi task
Able to work overnight and early morning hours with little or no supervision.
Bakers will be required to work in other positions inside the operation and be able to switch back and forth between positions as needed.
Bakers must be over 18 years of age and possess the ability to use and learn to use a wide array of baking and kitchen equipment and tools.
Ensure company safety and cleanliness standards.
Responsible for maintaining strict health department and company food safety standards through proper food handling and cleanliness requirements.
Will have good communication skills and the ability to interact with the public in a friendly, upbeat and outgoing manner
Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction
Must have good communication skills and good personal grooming habits
Can be a current crew member looking for growth opportunities

Availability:
Open availability is required

Crew schedules are determined by business needs therefore all schedules must be flexible.

Physical Requirements:
Standing up to 8 hours during a shift
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Requires you to use the following motions: pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
