Basic Function

Responsible for providing excellent transportation and assisting with house cleaning duties.

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

· Providing transportation for one child to and from school and other locations during the duty day.

· Assisting in grocery shopping and other daily household tasks that includes driving.

· Performing household chores such as sweeping, doing dishes and laundry.

· Effective verbal communication skills; ability to communicate professionally and adapt interpersonal skills to a variety of audiences.

· Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Ability to follow directions and adhere to a prescribed parenting plan.

· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and superiors; demonstrate teamwork by assisting co-workers.

· Ability to apply sound judgement and decision-making skills.

· Willing to sign a Confidentiality Agreement.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· A clean driving license.

· A registered, insured and fully operational vehicle.

· Multitasking and time management skills.

· A pleasant and patient personality.

· Availability to work in shifts.

Physical demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is continually required to:

· Stand, walk, sit, drive, use hands and fingers to handle, feel or grip, and reach with hands and arms while performing standard duties.

· Frequently required to climb stairs, walk, talk, and hear, while on the property.

· Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 lbs.

· Frequent bending, stooping, stretching, etc. while in the process of doing duties.

· Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Education/Training

High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.

Experience

· Previous experience as a Nanny or Babysitter is a plus.

· Proficient knowledge of housekeeping and meal preparation.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday

• Driver's License (Required)
• CPR Certification (Preferred)
