Dentive is seeking a full-time District Manager for our practices in the Western region!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide management and guidance over operations for all appointed Dentive locations. High focus on practice owner relationship management, front and back-office operations, training, workflow administration, development and implementation of process controls and implementation of SOP's,
  • Support and develop a culture of collaboration and partnership with all partners/owners and corporate staff
  • Foster a culture rooted in patient experience and ultimate satisfaction across all services and departments
  • Participates in business review meetings including weekly Pulse meetings, monthly and quarterly business reviews, and annual planning sessions.
  • Support in development of "Operational Tool Kit" to define the Dentive way and provide in-depth resources to partner practices and their teams
  • Support in the recruitment and hiring of top talent
  • Analyze practice performance and establish processes that increase productivity and efficiency
  • Support efforts to increase patient growth and retention by supporting marketing and promotional programs
  • Ensure successful execution of operational standards, including compliance with established company policies and procedure
  • Support dentists in their growth and development, helping them set goals and address operational opportunities within their supported office
  • Travel as necessary to support practices and regional staff as well as the executive team.
What prepared you for this role: (qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field experience
  • 5-10 years in the Dental industry
  • Minimum of 3 years leading high performance patient-facing teams.
  • Working knowledge of [Dental Practice Management Software] Salesforce, Process Street, Teams workspace, NetSuite, Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High functioning interpersonal skills and ability to work cohesively with a variety of team members across the organization.
  • Very effective at time management.
  • Must be results-oriented with strong strategic and critical thinking skills.
  • Possesses a natural curiosity with a problem-solving mindset and an aptitude for making the complex simple.
