About the job

As the Director of Google Cloud’s Customer Engineering, you will have a leadership role in a fast-growing, quick-moving area of Google’s business.

You will drive the team to meet and exceed challenging growth goals while driving client satisfaction. You will understand the technology of Google’s solutions in the enterprise space, and bring an operational approach to recruiting, mentoring, and managing the team.

You will also interface with client executives and lead in large customer opportunities. You will leverage entrepreneurial teams, and run the business autonomously while leveraging where the group fits into the broader organization.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $218,000-$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Customer Engineering (CE) Managers to meet quarterly and annual business growth goals for the region by working with enterprise companies.
  • Recruit talent and mentor the team with a focus on providing actionable feedback.
  • Create and drive innovative programs focused on achieving growth at scale, managing details in the business and working with executives.
  • Participate in the agreements and accounts within the region.
