Marketing Automation & Digital Advertising Specialist

London Computer Systems (LCS) is actively seeking a Marketing Automation & Digital Advertising Specialist to handle direct email marketing and digital advertising campaigns and processes. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing leadership team to develop and execute the organization’s email marketing and digital advertising campaigns. In addition, you will analyze and report on the company’s campaign efforts and provide recommendations for improvements.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for building, distributing, and analyzing internal and external email campaigns through HubSpot, the company’s marketing automation platform.
  • Prepare, test, and deploy all LCS, Rent Manager, Rent Manager User Conference, and qManage email campaigns.
  • Work with department leadership and the Business Intelligence Analyst to maintain and audit audience segmentation and lists.
  • Brainstorm and develop email marketing strategies and test their success and key metrics.
  • Build and QA email templates and landing pages to support email marketing programs.
  • Analyze and report on the company’s email marketing efforts.
• Plan, execute, and manage media campaigns across paid search and paid social channels—including Google Ads, RollWorks, Meta, and LinkedIn—for all LCS brands and products.
  • Perform ongoing campaign optimization and provide recommendations for performance improvements (audience targeting, keyword research, competitive insights, creative recommendations, etc.).
  • Conduct paid media reporting and campaign analyses.
• Identify new lead-generation opportunities in concert with other members of the Marketing and Sales teams.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices across managed platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• 1+ year of prior corporate marketing automation/digital advertising experience
• Experience with Google Ads and retargeting platforms is a must. Experience with additional advertising resources—such as Meta and LinkedIn—is preferred, but not required
• Up-to-date on paid media best practices
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail- and customer-oriented approach with proven multitasking and organizational abilities
• Solid understanding of: The unique nature of B2B communications and advertising; how LCS’ target audiences interact with various media; how to adjust marketing approach based on communications vehicle
