We are looking for an experienced Part Time-Registered Dietitian (20hrs/week) to join our team and provide nutrition counseling and education to our geriatric patients. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of nutritional needs for the elderly population, be able to assess individual dietary needs, and develop meal plans that meet the special needs of our patients. The Dietitian will also be responsible for providing nutrition education and support to patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nutrition counseling to geriatric patients.
- Develop meal plans and nutrition programs tailored to the needs of geriatric patients.
- Educate geriatric patients on healthy eating habits and lifestyle choices.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition plans for geriatric patients.
- Provide nutritional advice to caregivers of geriatric patients.
- Keep up-to-date on the latest research and trends in nutrition for geriatrics.
