We Require
-
High school diploma or GED
-
Two years of experience performing office, administrative, and clerical duties
-
Combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis
We Also Value

Experience working in other county or municipal permit-issuing environments
Job Contributions
-
Accept permit applications and advises applicants on permit approvals, associated fees, and progress of applications while providing quality customer service

Review incoming applications for completeness and apply Maricopa County permitting regulations and procedures

Establish and maintain customer files and enters information into databases
-
Research, collect, and analyze data for special situations, such as reductions and abandonments
Working Conditions

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
