The Development Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of all Development Resources, Services and Projects, performance reporting, and staffing activities.This position is 100% remote.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assists in the removal of impediments and in empowering open discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution
• Guides development teams and the organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and champions its value
• Work closely with management and their teams to coordinate development, testing and integration activities for the platform
• Run daily development activities, inclusive of scrum master role, scrum process and triages
• Create schedules to be tracked and ensure a strong sense of ownership and accountability for each team member’s contributions
• Set, manage, monitor and report on milestones for team members
• Set expectations and hold teams accountable for quality and timeliness of their contributions
• Continuously assess risk and resolve conflicts between budget, schedule and design goals
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports on team progress to multiple levels of management
• Maintain close communication with team leads

Required Skills:

• Project Management experience using JIRA/Confluence.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborates with the appropriate partners to ensure required resources are assigned to the project for successful delivery
• College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science or related
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience providing KPI Reporting and documentation.
• Ability to work remotely and proactively.
• Ability to self-prioritize and manage multiple administrative tasks.
• Must be an effective communicator (written and verbal)
• Must be physically located in a U.S. time zone.
• Must be willing to take and pass a criminal background check.

Desired Skills and Certifications

• SCRUM Master and/or PMI Project Manager certifications a plus.
