We are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our team and provide support to our dentists and hygienists. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a lively environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide great patient experience.
• Prepare and present cost estimate to the patients.
• send preauthorization to insurance company patients for treatment.
• Get consent form signed before the doctor starts the procedure.
• Help set up and sanitize room when needed.
• Assist the dentist during procedures.
• Sterilize dental instruments when needed.
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene.
• Take dental x-rays.
• Maintain patient records.
• Schedule appointments and maintain patient charts.
• Perform administrative duties such as filing, billing, and ordering supplies.
