This Data, Reporting, and CRM Specialist role is responsible for managing specific data and reporting to better assist management in analyzing sales and order trends for the Company. Responsible for CRM administration, training and support. Responsible for creating monthly sales reports, ad hoc requests, dashboards and weekly CRM administration in order to provide insights to determine sales impact, trends, and opportunities. This role reports into the SVP, Sales and Marketing

Hybrid work opportunity but in-office work at our Essex, CT location will be regularly required.

Data and Reporting Responsibilities

· Create, maintain and improve report formats, information dashboards, canned reports and other internal information resources.

· Ensure accuracy with deliverable reporting by performing quality audits and analysis.

· Identify and define data quality improvements

· Conduct data analysis in support of a variety of analytical solutions.

· Integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested or required reports.

CRM Responsibilities

· Identify and coordinate the development of business process improvements and system enhancements including improving efficiencies through automated routines to perform tasks

· Work with internal and external resources to manage the solution life cycle and integrate supporting technologies.

· Define and manage user rights and data access within the database/CRM system

· Ensure that data is accurately maintained—providing oversight and monitoring of data entry & updates and using system checks for duplicate records—and easily accessible for colleagues

· Responsible for changes, clean ups, system maintenance and change procedures

· Develop and provide training on core and advanced system functionality for end users, maintaining and furthering the knowledge level of staff around use of the database/CRM system

· Develop queries, selections and reports useful to managers and employees

· Works with management staff and system users to analyze complex requests for information

Skills & Typical Education

·BA/BS with a concentration in business, computer science, or related field, any technical background a plus.

1-2+ years data reporting/analysis and CRM support experience

· Demonstrated ability to develop and improve processes in a CRM or CSM platform (e.g. MS Dynamics, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.)

· Familiarity with database concepts

· Ability to analyze and interpret data.

· Ability to train users, including troubleshooting on CRM systems and reports.

· Proficient in the use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); CRM (e.g., MS Dynamics and Click Dimensions) and databases (SQL).

· Comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously and working under deadlines.

· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with an attention to detail .

· Ability to work independently and as an effective member of a small team

· Ability to operate a keyboard for extended periods.

· Ability to communicate effectively with employees over the phone, WebEx, and in person.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
