Job Details for Data Entry Claims Processor:

  • Monday-Friday 40 hours per week between the hours of 8am-6pm
  • *Flexible schedule* - make your own schedule after training
  • Pay Rate: $18.50/hr

Job Responsibilities for Data Entry Claims Processor:

  • Review insurance claims and communicate with insurance payers via phone, email, and fax
  • Load patient and payer information into the billing system and submit claims
  • Collaborate with the revenue team to ensure process runs smoothly
  • Maintain patient account information and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations

Job Requirements for Data Entry Claims Processor:

  • High school diploma required; associates or bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of previous office experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent data entry and computer skills
