Join a bag printing supplier, specializing in non-woven, PET non-woven, paper, plastic, polyester, laminated, cotton/jute, and mesh bags, as well as ribbon, bows and tissue. This company offers a wide variety of creative bag styles and numerous versatile imprint methods to meet customer needs. Including custom design capabilities, free artwork services, rush service, and outstanding on-time shipping performance.

Job Location: Union, IL

Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm Pay Rate: $14.50 *More compensation with Degree

Customer Services Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming customer phone calls or emails in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide quotes to customers.
• Complete electronic forms for changes to files in production or for file pulls.
• Complete additional projects as assigned by management.

Customer Service Qualifications and Requirements:

• Type 30-40 words per minute
• Able to understand and follow oral and written instructions and to express ideas effectively verbally and in writing
• Able to work with a variety of skilled/unskilled, professional and administrative personnel
• Knowledgeable about office administration, multi-line telephone system and computers
• Data Entry and Proofreading experience a plus but not required

Pay: $14.50 - $15.00 per hour
