QUALIFICATIONS

Role Summary:

In this role, the Customer Service Representative will support our Customer Service Manager. The Customer Service Representative position is responsible for maintaining daily incoming calls and emails to ensure all customer inquiries and problems are resolved, as well as providing support in day to day operation of the Customer Service Center.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and courteous customer service engagement via email, chat session, and phone
  • Maintain a solid knowledge base with the navigational skills to apply all expected procedures and processes within the OMS software application and e-commerce platform
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and best practices for upselling and maximize all sales opportunities
  • Maintain a solid product knowledge base of all product lines
  • Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of customer service facility
  • Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with all associates, departments, store teams, and carriers
  • Practice shrinkage control through preventative measures
  • Understand and adhere to all company policies
  • Perform all other miscellaneous duties assigned as per your supervisors and general office instructions

Knowledge, Requirements, and Skills

  • Detail-oriented and customer service focused
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Suite
  • Previous retail and/or call center experience a plus
  • Bi-lingual a plus

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $12.00 per hour
