Customer Service Representative for our growing
Body Shop in
Topeka.
Pay: $15-17/hr depending on experience

What you’ll do:
- Provide superior customer service ensuring that all guests and prospective customers are greeted and assisted in a prompt and professional manner
- Maintain a well-groomed appearance and clean workspace, this is the first point of contact our customers have with our facility
- Effectively manage all incoming phone calls, walk-in business, and written correspondence, directing such matters to the appropriate person or department
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Manager and staff as needed
- Handle and verify all funds
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What you’ll need:
- At least 1-year experience in a customer service role (call center, retail, or environment)
- At least 1-year accounting experience
- Professional appearance - must pass drivers license screening and background check
- Able to work Monday - Friday 7:30am to 6:00pm
- Prior automotive knowledge is a plus
- A strong ability to multi-task
Qualified applicants must pass a pre-employment background check
